Request for information after enquiry was prompt and personal with a phone call. It all had a very friendly feel - the people concerned really enjoy offering their services. The arrangement with the celebrant was quickly made and she herself was so friendly and helpful with lots of good advice without pushing for any one thing - giving the bride & groom lots of choice to have the wedding that THEY want.
